babji999 reserves the right to impose temporary or permanent betting limits on any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity, without being required to disclose the precise reasons for such action during an ongoing investigation.

babji999 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile financial service transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• The minimum deposit amount for bank transfers is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your babji999 account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• babji999 does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which babji999 accepts no responsibility.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.
• babji999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide such proof within the required timeframe may result in the withdrawal being withheld until verification is completed.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to two hours. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the babji999 account. This is a firm anti-money laundering requirement that cannot be waived.
• babji999 reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000. Players who cannot satisfy these checks within seven days may have the withdrawal request cancelled and the funds returned to their account balance.
• Withdrawals cannot be reversed once they have been processed by babji999. If you request a reversal before processing has begun, this may be accommodated at babji999's discretion.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be requested against funds that originated from a bonus award. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

babji999 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between the specific offer terms and this section, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus amounts awarded by babji999 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiple (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly in the offer terms. Only real-money wagers count towards wagering completion, not wagers funded by the bonus balance itself, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each bonus will be specified in the offer terms.

• Disconnection policy: If your internet connection is lost during a casino game session, the game will resume from the point of disconnection when you reconnect, where the game's technology supports this. For games that do not support session resumption, any wager already placed and accepted before disconnection will be settled according to the outcome determined by the game server.
• Cricket and sports specifics: For cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). Matches reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions are settled on the revised result where applicable. babji999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A request from the player themselves for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for money laundering or other financial crime.
• A court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The player being identified as a minor (under 18 years of age).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account may be forfeited at babji999's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where the closure is not attributable to player misconduct — for example, where babji999 decides to withdraw from a particular market — the full account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 14 calendar days.

Voluntary closure: If you wish to close your babji999 account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Account closure does not entitle the player to a refund of any amounts already wagered.

Dormant accounts: An account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months will be designated as dormant. babji999 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. If an account balance falls to zero due to dormancy fees and remains inactive for a further 12 months, the account may be permanently closed. Any remaining balance above zero at the time of permanent closure due to dormancy will be returned to the player's last registered payment method.
